juice of 1 lime, or half a lemon
Instructions
Heat the water and sugar in a saucepan until the sugar is dissolved.
Let the syrup cool down.
Put the blackberries, glucose powder, sugar syrup and lime juice into the blender and process to a puree.
Chill the mixture in the fridge for an hour.
Churn the cooled mixture in an ice cream machine according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Transfer the sorbet into a freezerproofed container, cover an freeze for at least 1 hour.
Take the sorbet 10 minutes before you want to serve it out of the freezer.
