Notes
This tomato herb butter is a delightful gift for any culinary enthusiast, a thoughtful token of appreciation for a host, or a charming addition to a festive spread. Its vibrant flavors make it a memorable gesture, perfect for elevating home-cooked meals.
Personally, I enjoy using Ina Paarman’s sun-dried tomatoes in a garlic and herb vinaigrette; the vinaigrette imparts a subtle tang, while the semi-dried tomatoes add a vibrant, rich colour to the butter. However, feel free to use your preferred variety of sun-dried tomatoes in oil, as the choice ultimately depends on personal taste.
