Ingredients
  

  • 250 g fresh medjool dates
  • 100 g runny almond butter or peanut butter
  • 60 g roasted almonds, chopped
  • a few sprinkles of sea salt (optional)
  • 120 g dark chocolate, melted
  • 20 g coconut oil or peanut butter (extra to the above mentioned amount)

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Dates:
    Butterfly and pit 250g of Medjool dates. Place the dates on a sheet of non-stick baking paper, positioning them closely together. Optionally, use a baking tin for easier handling.
  • Flatten the Dates:
    Place another sheet of non-stick baking paper on top of the dates. Use a rolling pin to flatten the dates evenly.
  • Add Almond Butter:
    Remove the top layer of baking paper. Spread 100g of almond butter evenly over the flattened dates.
  • Sprinkle the Almonds:
