Orange tahini creme

Ingredients
- 300 ml 100 % orange juice
- 4 tsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp chili flakes
- 2 garlic cloves, peeled and minced
- 400 g sour creme or creme fraiche
- 2 tbsp tahini paste
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- In a saucepan bring the orange juice, brown sugar and chili flakes to boil and reduce to 120 to 150 ml.
- While the orange juice is reducing, warm the tahini paste with a little bit of water in a microwave. Then mix the tahini paste, sour cream, garlic, salt and pepper until well combined. Set aside.
- Serve the tahini creme with the orange reduction on the side.
