meal plans
In today’s hectic and often uncertain times, where everyone is trying to organize home, work, school, kids, pets, food and some private time, dinner is often a burden and falls short at the end of the day.
I came up with a five-day-dinner-plan to support you on the food side. Make your life a little bit easier and less stressful. I have chosen five dinner recipes per week from well-known and not so well-known chefs from around the world, recipes which I love and which are part of my dinner repertoire. Some are original, some I changed but they are all delicious and were cooked by myself.
We all need a balanced diet giving us the strength to master our daily lives, to fight diseases and to feel good. Dinner time gives us the opportunity to connect with our loved ones, family and friends. We listen to their stories how their day went, we show empathy, talk about plans we have for the future or just have a good laugh together.
I have tried to create a balanced and exciting plan for five days, serving four people.
You will find the meal plans under a specific number with the recipe’s main ingredients.

You can purchase a five-day-plan for R 100 by sending me an email. I will send you my bank details and as soon as I receive your proof of payment, I will send you the chosen plan, the recipes and the shopping list for the entire five days.
I am very excited about the idea and hope it makes your life easier and saves you some time, which you can spend on whatever YOU love.
